As the front-liners in providing attention and care to common ailments and other health-related concerns in their workplace, pharmacists are expected to have the skills and knowledge to effectively advance the assessment and treatment of common ailments, especially concerning cosmetics and skin care. This course will provide the participants with a discussion on skin care and cosmetics, importance of sunscreen, and treatment available on common skin problems (e.g. acne, dermatitis). This aims to strengthen the rapport between the participants and their patients. Lastly, pharmacists will be able to provide information in an effective and holistic manner, further protecting patients from misuse of medical and drug information
