Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. Learning Opportunity for Outstanding Professionals will be referred to as LOOP

  1. Registration:
    • Registration is accepted in order of their receipt. Participants will pick their seats using Tickera when applicable.
      • Seat number will be assigned automatically by the system.
      • Arrangement of the tables and seats may still change as the venue works independently from LOOP. However, slots purchased will not be affected by any changes made to the seat plan.
    • Registration is done online. Strictly no on-site registration.
    • Confirmation email of the registration is a must before proceeding to payment.
  2. Terms of payment
    • Payment will be done 3 days after receipt of the confirmation email.
    • Payment should be given in complete amount. Failure to do so within the specified amount of time will result to forfeiture of slot.
    • Strictly no refund.
  3. Event cancellation / changes
    • LOOP is entitled to cancel an event for compelling causes, including but not limited to insufficient participants to cover costs, unavailability of most speakers or substitutes, and natural calamities preventing use of the venue. Participants will be informed immediately.
    • The participants may choose to register in other seminars by LOOP or wait for the rescheduling of the event.
    • In the event of cancellation, LOOP will notify the participants as soon as possible or at least 14 days before the seminar, whichever is earlier.
    • LOOP is entitled to make changes to the event but should generally not affect its overall quality. LOOP will give notice of such changes immediately on our websites and inform the participants by e-mail.
  4. Participant cancellation of registration
    • Participant is entitled to cancel his/her registration at least two (2) weeks before the event via e-mail sent to contact@intheloop.ph. No cancellation request will be entertained after the specified deadline.
    • Agreements to apply for another seminar by LOOP may be requested OR a substitute for the slot may be arranged so long as properly endorsed to LOOP (refer to item no. 10).
  5. Exclusion of participants
    • LOOP is entitled to remove a participant with unruly attitude and if he/she is continuously disturbing the event after issuance of first verbal warning.
    • Necessary actions, including legal remedies, may be applied when appropriate.
    • Refund will not be entertained.
    • Certificate of completion is automatically revoked.
  6. Copyright
    • Any work documentation and lectures done within the event proper are protected by copyright.
    • Filming of the lectures is strictly prohibited and will require the participant to physically show that he/she deleted the video from his or her device.
    • Picture and video documentation by LOOP of the event proper are expected to contain images of the participants. Unless disallowed by a participant through any form of request, use of these materials will be assumed permitted for purposes deemed appropriate by LOOP.
  7. Data privacy
    • Any personal information collected through registration from the participant will be dealt with utmost confidentiality and will be utilized for the purposes of the event and other activities related to continuous professional development deemed appropriate by LOOP.
    • Disclosure of name, professional regulatory commission (PRC) identification number, expiry date, profession and other related information required by the PRC to PRC for compliance is expected.
  8. Non-attendance
    • Failure to appear physically before 9:00 am for the registration without valid reasons and finish the end of the seminar will result to non-issuance of the certificate of completion.
    • No refund will be given.
    • Deductions in the units given to the participants who arrived late is based on the discretion of LOOP.
  9. Loss of certificate of attendance/completion
    • Request for a copy of the certificate will be sent via email to contact@intheloop.ph. A confirmation message will be received with instructions and terms not covered in this contract.
    • Each copy costs P200.00 exclusive of the delivery charge.
  10. Communication of concerns and requests
    • All communications will be entertained and sent via email to contact@intheloop.ph.
    • Expect confirmation or reply for every request or concerns.
  11.  Liability
    • LOOP partners with speakers who have shown expertise in their field of work and competence to conduct lectures. However, LOOP shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available by its speakers, and shall not be responsible for any error or omissions in that information.
    • LOOP will not accept liability for personal property that has been lost or damaged during the seminar proper.
    • Participants will be solely accountable for any damages made by them to the materials provided by LOOP, event’s place, tables, chairs, laptops, projectors and other materials utilized during the seminar.
  12. Scope of Service: LOOP will provide seminars and training programs in a variety of areas including but not limited to the enhancement of ethical and regulatory competence, enhancement of professional practice and technical competence, enhancement of social and administrative skills, and environmental factors affecting the profession.
  13. Notification provision: LOOP reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit. Your continued use of the service will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
  14. Parking Area – LOOP is not obliged to provide free parking space in the venue.
